Return Policy

RETURNS

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. 

Return items must not be worn, altered, or damaged. Purchases made through the online store can only be returned by shipping to KaseyKahne.com. Returns will not be accepted in person or at, at-track merchandise trailers. Please note, KaseyKahne.com reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the qualifications previously listed. 

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs incurred by the return; KaseyKahne.com will not provide a pre-paid shipping label. 

A refund will not be issued until KaseyKahne.com receives and verifies the item's original order number and condition. Furthermore, KaseyKahne.com will only refund the cost of the items on order, original shipping costs are not included. 

Customers are responsible for making a replacement order. KaseyKahne.com will not cover the shipping costs of the new order or deduct the price of the replacement item(s). 

RETURN STEPS:

  1. Customers can create a replacement order (this will ensure the quickest time to replace your items). 
  2. Please include your Name, Order Number, and the reason for your return inside the package.
  3. Return to:

  4. Upon receiving the returned item(s), a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. 
  5. If there are any other issues, please email info@kahnescreenprint.com with your questions and concerns. Our customer support team will be in touch as soon as possible.

     

    DAMAGED / LOST / OTHER ISSUES

    KaseyKahne.com is not responsible for items that are damaged or lost once they have left our facility and are in the hands of USPS. If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, we recommend taking the following steps: 

    -Submit a claim with USPS and they will issue you a refund.

    -Place another order on KaseyKahne.com for the item(s) that were lost or damaged to assure you get what you wanted. 

    We continue to work hard on packaging orders with care to ensure they will arrive to you undamaged. We sincerely appreciate you supporting our small business. 

     

    MISCELLANEOUS

    KaseyKahne.com reserves the right to refuse or limit quantities to anyone we believe may be purchasing items for resale. Under management’s discretion, such sales that are suspected to be a reseller are FINAL and no returns will be granted.
